It includes general zoning districts (e.g., A-5, CF, MU-2), overlays (e.g., Historic, NS, DD), and Planned Developments (PDs), which may include special conditions.This layer supports staff, developers, and the public in determining land use permissions, building standards, and applicable development regulations. It is maintained by Development Services, GIS Division, and updated regularly following City Council zoning case approvals.The zoning layer is created and maintained using ordinances adopted by City Council. Updates occur after zoning cases are approved and legal descriptions are validated. Changes are mapped into GIS and reviewed for accuracy.
